  • Development of educational content
  • Digitization of educational content
  • Distribution of educational content
  • Software development
  • Provision of computing devices
  • Planning and implementation of teacher training for classroom use of devices & content, including for special needs education
  • Planning and implementation of monitoring & evaluation
  • Provision of Internet service
  • Government
  • Development of international relations
